01About these terms

These terms apply to Regarder watch faces, our free phone companion apps and regarderwatchfaces.com, run by Regarder Watch Faces, Romania ("Regarder", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms.

02Buying a watch face

• All faces are sold and delivered through Google Play. Payments, your account, downloads and refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Prices are set on Google Play in your local currency. This website shows discounts as a percentage only. The price you pay is the one shown on Google Play.
• Refunds: within 48 hours of buying you can request one from your Google Play order history. After that, email us your order number and we will look at it.
• A purchase belongs to the Google account that made it. Use the same account on your watch to install it.

03Your licence

When you buy or redeem a face, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices. You do not buy the design itself.

04What is not allowed

• Copying, extracting, decompiling or modifying our watch faces, apps, images, fonts or layouts.
• Sharing, uploading, reselling or giving away our faces or their files, including APK files.
• Making and publishing faces based on our designs, or using the Regarder name or logo.
• Using bots, scripts or multiple accounts to claim free codes.

05Our designs and brand

All Regarder designs, artwork, illustrations and the Regarder name and logo belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. We act on copies, including by reporting them to Google Play. Google Play and Wear OS are trademarks of Google LLC.

06Free codes and sales

• Free codes are Google Play promo codes, given out in limited numbers, first come first served, one per person.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or sold, and expire on the date Google sets. Redeem them straight away.
• We may end a drop early, and we may cancel codes claimed through abuse.
• Sales run for a limited time. The discount is applied on Google Play.

07Compatibility

Our faces work on watches with Wear OS 4 or newer. Some features, such as complications, heart rate or always-on mode, depend on your watch model, its software and the permissions you give. Previews on this website show the faces at a fixed time (10:08) and are for illustration.

08Health information

Steps, heart rate and similar values come from your watch's own sensors and are shown for general information only. Our faces are not medical devices and must not be used for medical decisions.

09Phone apps and notifications

Each face comes with a free phone companion app that helps you install it and tells you about offers. Notifications are optional. How the apps handle data is explained in our Privacy policy.

10Updates and availability

We may update, improve or stop selling a face. Faces you already bought stay in your Google Play library, and updates arrive through Google Play.

11Liability

We make our faces and apps with care, but we provide them as they are, without guarantees that they will always work on every device. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12Law and contact

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the law where you live. If we change these terms, we update this page and the date above. Questions: watches.regarder@gmail.com.
